Language support in Flash MX2004

Today I was developing an app which reads a xml generated through PHP. Everything it's ok in the XML but loading it into flash leads to a interesting outcome. The XML contains spanish text so I need "ñ" and "´" characters.
Everything loads properly setting system.codepage=true and using Flash 6 as targeted player.

The problem came when I wanted to add some CSS formating (only available in Flash Player 7) and tried to load the XML. Special characters didn't render as expected (which version 6 renders it perfectly). I tried to include characters in the Dyn Textfield but no result. The problem is loading the XML, if it has special characters the xml parsing in FP7 doesn't output what it should be.

Take a look at what I'm explaing: Language problem.
You will notice that characters like "ó" or "ú" are replaced by a square. Also the source files are here: Source files
